Finance lead for successful migration to new Epicor ERP system including set up, development of new streamlined processes, and training of finance team, ensuring a smooth transition without impacting the business.

Responsible for controlling all finance related areas in the BVI, including implementation and development of controls for stock and cash collection, monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, weekly cash forecasts, balance sheet reconciliation review, audit liaison, and managing a team of 4 finance staff.

Employed to financially control the Sunsail sales and marketing offices worldwide and later to focus on European offices for The Moorings and Sunsail, involving the management of 5 staff. Responsible for producing monthly P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, Sunsail sales journals, statutory accounts, VAT and ATOL/ABTA returns.
