Maintain an inventory of the Permanent Collection. d. Maintain records of activities relating to the Permanent Collection, deaccessioning, abandoned property, loans and objects found in collections. e. Communicate with donors. f. Work with the Executive Director to negotiate with executors and/or representative law firms for bequests of objects. g. Prepares condition reports for outgoing loans h.
