Hello, I am currently a junior at the University of Texas at Dallas majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology. I gained experience working and serving others as a front desk receptionist and a resident assistant. I learned it's important to not just "get the job done", but to go above and beyond by transforming the workplace in all capacities, industries, and roles. My most recent job, this past fall semester, was a recruiting internship where I was able to complete cold calls and screen potentially qualified candidates that might seem fit for a role.
