I am currently an Associate Manager, External Communications at Genesys.Just prior I was an Account Manager at Hotwire Global working on clients such as Amazon, Forge Global, Sendoso, Desktop Metal, Trulioo, GoPro, Avail and more. Previously I was a Senior Account Executive with Zeno Group working on accounts such as Ancestry (Corporate Communications for CEO and CTO and Consumer teams), Rakuten Ready, Salesforce (Corporate Communications for Marc Benioff and Keith Block, Real Estate and CSR teams), CrowdStrike, Arcade1Up, Canva, Simon Malls and more. I oversaw junior staff on my accounts, create media materials such as press releases, conduct pitching to media, execute onsite support at events such as Dreamforce and provide day to day support for my clients. Before that I was the Media Relations Coordinator for Macy's Northwest and Southwest regions which included 14 states. I led media relations for all Iconic Events including Union Square's Tree Lighting, SPCA Holiday Windows, Macy’s Seattle Parade and Salt Lake City's Candy Windows. I also began and led all influencer campaigns, managed budgets, managed public relations agencies and oversaw administrative tasks. In addition to traditional PR responsibilities I also assisted in pulling outfits for TV segments, assisted with day of TV segments by traveling to each location and have appeared on TV as a Macy’s spokesperson. In addition, I have worked with consumer clients such as Sunset Magazine, Sun Basket, The Food Business School, and technology clients such as Cisco, NVIDIA and Mercedes-Benz Research and Development.
