I have over 20-years of experience in the fields of Marketing Management, Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Communications. I am currently working in the industrial hardware and software sector. My recent major accomplishment has been the development and deployment of our self-produced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application and integrated Product Management system. This system tracks the performance of all customer, product, and marketing activities by logging all touch-point correspondence and attaching automated feedback requests to them. Reporting is 100% automated in real-time for both internal and ISO auditor use. As a result, we have reduced redundancy, become more customer-centric, and increased the effectiveness of all marketing related activities without adding any burden to the organization.The key skills that align me with any organization in the field of Business and Marketing Management are:- I know how to work with the team by managing goals, and not "micro" task managing.- "Goals - Objectives - Strategy - Tactics - Implementation - Feedback" is my workflow model- Search-engine optimization (SEO).- I understand all the tools Marketers use (ie: Action Script, Photo Shop, Illustrator, etc).- I use the SWOT strategic planning process in conjunction with the 4 P’s of Marketing to develop strategic plans.I enjoy working with people who have diverse backgrounds and talents. I am a passionate and efficient learner that never says, "I can't". As a leader, I do whatever it takes to inspire our team to own the market. Inefficiency, redundancy, and complacency are challenges that I strive to reduce. I resolve problems by asking questions, identifying root causes, and applying sustainable solutions.
