Upgrading and Development of the Proposed Pan Borneo Highway In The State of Sarawak

1. Review and approve plans that meet the buildinf codes, local ordinances and zoning regulations.2. Inspect and monitor construction site to ensure overall compliances.3. Issue violation notices and stop work orders untill building is compliant. 4. Keep daily logs, including photographs taken during the inspections. 5. Checking coordinates and survey report before proceeding construction and to make sure subcontractor follow the correct method of statement and job safety analysis which already approved by client. 6. Up-coming material delivery inspections base on material approval by client. 7. To discuss with client regarding inspections item before proceed to site and join inspections with the subcontractor8. To manage document according to daily Request For Inspections ( RFI).

Full-time on site ,less be in Office.Verify Checklist Request for Inspection (RFI) which already registered by subcontractor Up-coming Material Delivery Inspection base on Material Approval by client on site and warehouseChecking coordinates and survey report before proceeding construction and to make sure Subcontractor working follow correct Method of statement and Job Safety Analysis which approved by clientPlant/Factory visit for Quality Checking on fabrications and rectifications.Building Work Inspections, which is started from foundation to roofing include plumbing work and finishes work. Construction of Building Tokuyama Polycrystalline/DNPJapan M-ProjectAs a QA/QC Assistant Engineer for the said Project of construction of Tokuyama polycrystalline at Samalaju, Bintulu as one of the biggest project in Asian and I was posted to Johore Baru for the post of QA/QC engineer in Taisei Corporation and has trust on me to monitor the project of DNPJapan ,M-project at Johore Baru as my job as follows : Site InspectionTo ensure and supervised the sub-contractor from the ground Levelling ,piling and the structure of the building according the approved plan of ISO standard 9001from time to timeManage the Method of Statement (MOS), Material Approval Request (MOR) and Material of Approval ( MAR) for documentation and for site inspection building construction as to comply with the ISO standard 9001.To Prepare Checklist for inspection based on MOS and MAR as required by the company standard format under ISO9001Register Request For Inspection (RFI) from subcontractor and manage RFI checklist prior for site inspection.To ensure that the quality control of the building must be strictly complied with the approval plan and under ISO 9001 by the contractor.Plant/Factory visit for Quality Checking on fabrications.Approve inspections, test plans, and quality control plans was done accordance approval plan of the building structure.
