Led a committee of five women who implemented and developed policy education and oversaw adherence to university and fraternity policies. Managed risk management for a chapter of 70 women. Handled member standards issues and concerns through a confidential confrontation/mediation process. Analyzed issues and made recommendations for remediation to chapter leadership when appropriate.

Worked with attorneys, investigators and other interns in a legal setting. Completed research relevant to cases using professional journals as well as online research services and wrote memorandums on the findings. Observed court proceedings as well as client interviews, both in and out of correctional facilities. Collected records for cases and communicated with family members of clients.

Chaired a committee of four women who managed human resource functions for chapter leadership positions. Maintained chapter structure, completed award nominations on a local and national level and appointed all committee positions. Reviewed chapter officer applications and conducted behavioral-based interviews to create a suggested slate of executive officers to present to the chapter.

Worked on contracts for both athletic and small events that took place on the University of Vermont Campus. Helped facilitate the use of a design program that assists with marketing event spaces and simplifying individual event coordination. Worked onsite at conferences and performed general administrative duties within the office.
