- Serve as drug substance subject matter expert in the internal consulting arm of Operations that delivers value through developing strategic recommendations and insights for senior leaders- Focus on drug substance, business development, and finance

- Technical expert in fed-batch cell culture processes, including upstream seed train design and scaling- Upstream lead for commercial tech transfer from external manufacturing facility- Ensure success of 16 clinical and team supply runs across CMO and internal sites through cross-functional detailed process design, daily trend analysis, batch record review, and person-in-plant support.

- Upstream tech transfer liaison on commercial program from external contract manufacturing site- Provide person in plant support during developmental and commercial runs, both internally and externally- Analysis of historical commercial data to provide recommendations for future manufacturing runs- Support commercial manufacturing operations at an external contract manufacturing site through change controls, non-conformance closures, and technical support- Manage raw material workflow throughout tech transfer process

A program aiming to develop Amgen’s future leaders with three 8-month rotations in core business functions where associates are expected to lead high-impact projects to unlock business value. - Process Development: Executed and analyzed process optimization experiments for the final UF/DF step. Executed small scale experiments to investigate deviations from commercial manufacturing. - Quality: Supported regulatory inspections including bi-annual FDA GMP and PAI inspections. Developed new workflow for documenting and executing raw material method verification to avoid $135k annually in costs. - Manufacturing: Created business case and scope to integrate manufacturing execution system and distributed control systems. Spent 6 weeks on the commercial manufacturing floor observing thaw through final fill.

-Neuroscience research lab that works on isolating a pain biomarker to better diagnose and treat chronic pain-Collect behavioral and neural data for rodents using EEG, chronic pain models, and induced analgesia through various pharmaceutical drugs-Work independently and in collaboration with other lab members including the principal investigator
