My team and I are responsible for maintaining Cobalt's client relationship with General Motors. Working on site with General Motors Global Digital Team to consult and project manage the many innovations General Motors and Cobalt to bring to fruition. I work with clients from each of General Motors Business Divisions to consult and transform ideas into realized enhancements to Cobalt's product offerings. I interface with Development Teams, Business Intelligence Teams and Strategic Implementation Specialists to ensure that we deliver a superior service to General Motors and their digital consumers across, US, Canada, Mexico and Australia.Program Manager– General Motors Sales & Retail Support• Responsible for managing largest CDK client relationship, General Motors. • Working on site at GM HQ to as Global Program Manager. • Responsible for constructing international business request process adopted by General Motors and CDK contracted team.• Responsible to speak on General Motors behalf in cross divisional or vendor driven meetings. • Reporting out on project status, obtaining third party deliverables and overseeing the execution of project development.• General Motors Field Team education – Program training, best practices training, etc.

Account Manager/Consultant – General Motors Dealer Services• Serving as a Digital Marketing Consultant for NADA dealers across Canada/U.S. • Digital strategies utilizing organic search engine optimization, digital advertising and website optimization. • Monitoring success of strategy through website traffic reporting and dealership sales data. • Enforced General Motors Tier 1 initiatives through collaboration with account team members knowledge of OEM programs.• Developed and implemented training for cross-teams improvement in role responsibilities. General Motors Canada• Selected to be a part of Cobalt’s launch to the General Motors’ Canada, playing an instrumental role in the success of the project.• Championed the new partnership between General Motors Canada and Cobalt while demonstrating the features/options of the package and highlighting performance metrics. • Served as the sole mentor for General Motors Canada, responsible for training all new GM Canada hires and providing education on the GM Canada package.• Salvaged and rehabilitated damaged relationships with influential dealers converting them into Cobalt supporters. General Motors United States • Developed and presented Quarterly Business Reviews to GM dealers, outlining the performance of their Digital Marketing Package. • Member of Process Improvement Team- helping to streamline company processes and implement changes to ease the struggles of advocates on the floor.• Served as the first in office mentor for both Advocate Teams, forging the path and setting a precedent for the mentoring program in the new Detroit office.
