After six years of a career in merchandise, in 2018 I set out on a challenging change. I applied a lifelong passion for art and animation toward a career path in the entertainment industry. I love storytelling, and I am a firm believer that the stories we tell help us to understand and shape the world around us.After breaking in as a production assistant, I eagerly gained first hand on-the-job knowledge and experience in animation production. I found that I loved the fast paced and dynamic work, and thrived when given the opportunity to support the many inspiring and creative people who work in this industry.I am a hard-working professional who takes initiative and responsibility. I'm valued by my team for my upbeat attitude, my ability to bolster morale, and my ability to maintain a polite, businesslike demeanor, even in high pressure situations.Over the course of my eight year career, I have developed a well-rounded skill set including: highly effective written and spoken communication skills, strong people skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to appropriately analyze and prioritize tasks and deadlines without requiring close oversight.
