Kelsey Burnette Email and Phone Number
I have been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 10 years. I received my Bachelor of Science in psychology from the College of Charleston Honors College where I conducted independent research with Dr. Chad Galuska in behavioral economics. It was then that I discovered my passion for behaviorism and, soon after, started my career as an ABA therapist. While pursuing my BCaBA through the Florida Institute of Technology, I received my supervision from a small, local business called Carolina Coast Behavioral Services, where I worked directly under Dr. Shannon Doughty. While working at CCBS, I was an integral part of the company's first RBT training and program development. It was there that I also acquired and honed my skills writing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, developing programs, overseeing and advising the therapists on my teams, training new RBTs, conducting assessments, and performing data analysis in preparation for my upcoming certification. After earning my certification in May of 2016, I received a job offer as a program supervisor at the Early Autism Project, the nation's leading provider of ABA. After 2 wonderful years there, I immigrated to the Netherlands, where I founded Milestones Behavioral Techniques and began my work as a behavioral contractor with companies throughout the Randstad. I then graduated with my master's in professional behavior analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in December of 2020.I have a work sample portfolio available by request for recruiters who are interested in seeing my work or who would like more information. Looking forward to connecting with you!
