Kelsey Canham is a Certified Weld Inspector and Ultrasonic Testing at Horizon Structural Systems. Colleagues describe them as "Kelsey's critical eye and attention to detail served her well as a resident assistant and I'm confident it will serve her even better as an engineer. As a leader on the staff, Kelsey was not flashy, often times accomplishing things before anyone else realized it needed to be done. Her forethought and initiative made me, as her supervisor grateful. She had a tough assignment with the engineering students who as freshmen, have no clue what it takes to become an engineer. She worked hard to provide learning opportunities for them, helping them mature and see how hard they would need to work to actually achieve a degree.
