In this role, I managed the manufacturing of the 1080 films in the Nevada, MO plant and supported the manufacturing at the Hilden, Germany facility. Primary responsibility was leading teams of operators, process engineers, lab support, and maintenance to identify and execute continuous improvement ideas which resulted in $800,000 in realized Lean/Six Sigma savings ($1.2MM anticipated annually for all projects). Additional responsibilities included quality and discrepant management and utilization of process knowledge in root cause analyses.
