I am passionate about working with individuals to help them set and achieve career and personal goals, find their purpose, and make the most out of their college experience. My hope is to assist students, alumni, and community members with this process of career exploration and development through intentional conversations, networking, technological resources, and other career coaching strategies.Career development is a marathon not a sprint - while it is not something that can typically be figured out over night, I believe that with time, preparation, passion, a desire to succeed, and an openness to new opportunities and experiences, everyone can find success. I strive to always have a genuine and authentic approach in my work, whether that includes working with students or collaborating with faculty, staff, and employers. Developing meaningful relationships and creating positive environments where people feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas are key components of a successful career services model. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can work alongside others to find creative ways to achieve a common goal or solve problems.I am more than happy to connect with IUP students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff, administrators, as well as employers interested in recruiting or collaborating with IUP.
