Working closely on the process of onboarding 2000 learners onto a 5-million-pound government funded program. Collaborated with different stakeholders such as the DWP, United Utilities, Wincanton to optimise the customer journey and ensuring the smooth process from enquiry to getting the achieved results from both parties.Building and maintaining strong working relationships with several stakeholders and colleagues and learners. Presenting our Information, Advice + Guidance sessions to up to 200 learners per session multiple times a week. Dealing with emails, tickets, and phone calls.Looking at each potential learner on all different pathways individually so when building their personal learning they don’t complete or attend things unnecessary to them or the chosen pathway and scheduling and booking meetings, courses, and tests.

Working for a transport company that specialises in HIAB gaining the knowledge in the vehicles, transport methods. Needing good math knowledge to be able to work with finances in giving and receiving quotes depending on the jobs being given or taking on. Being able to work well with others but also solo working whilst having complex problem-solving and thinking skills. Always paying attention to detail with everything you and the team are working on so nothing can go wrong.

Working closely with JSP’s around the Greater Manchester location and being responsible for taking referrals onto chosen courses. Helping potential learners decide what courses they would like to complete through The Job Gym.Taking calls and solving any issues that learners or work coaches need assistance with. Making outgoing calls to learners or JSP’s if we have any issues or concerns, always remaining professional and having professional mannerisms over the phone or in person.

Assist with daily living, this includes helping serve and feed meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients, I help with personal hygiene. Provide patients with bedpans, help with bathing etc. Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient’s charts, the role is also to assist the nurses and other staff as needed. I Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by government regulatory requirements, as well as Nursing standards.

I joined as a Junior Soldier from leaving school starting with 23-week basic training at Harrogate Military Collage. From here, I went onto my phase 2 at The Defence College of Logistics and Policing Administration in Deepcut, Camberley. Here I was instructed on how to use the Military systems which help track and trace mail all over the world. In addition, I also learned how to deal with diplomatic material amongst other things. I was then posted to South Cerney, Gloucestershire. I travelled to Germany and Brunei spending lengths of time in both countries.
