I am a passionate, self-motivated, and driven Human Resources Generalist at The Boeing Company. My interest in HR centers around building dependable connections and identifying ways to simplify and improve processes for my partners and customers.I am seeking new opportunities to apply my diverse professional experiences, including training partners on various HR policies, pulling and analyzing data, and facilitating team process improvement efforts.I graduated from Michigan State University with a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations. I started my post-graduate journey with Boeing in July 2020 after an energizing internship with their Leadership, Learning, and Org Capability team in 2019. I transitioned from a Human Resource Business Partner role which offered me a wide breadth of experience to a more specialized role within HR Operations, focusing on employee corrective action and consulting managers on best coaching practices for their teams.In my free time, I enjoy volunteering for the Seattle Humane Society, competing in dog sports with my Pointer, Marlo, and reading mystery novels.
