Over the past 6 years, I have cultivated my skills as a Learning and Development Professional using data to develop dashboards, maintain databases, build spreadsheets, and use other tools for data analysis. Along with analytics, I am responsible for providing daily support as well as keeping the ongoing operations of an LMS stable. I often have consultations with other teams to provide training for basic skills on how to use the tool and implement best learning practices.During my career I have had the opportunity to work in Contact Centers, Banking Center Operations, and Human Capital Management. This has allowed me to expand my expertise by working alongside many areas of the company. I am a motivated, loyal, and dedicated employee with experience working in an agile workplace. I am often found to be an optimist in challenging settings and always work to learn and improve. When I am not working, I am often spending time with my family, working in my garden or meeting up with friends.
