I work collaboratively with product, engineering, UX, and analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions for startups around the globe.

IT Project Manager on Costco's International IT & Global Planning team, focusing on China and Mexico initiatives. Responsibilities included creating project plans for the delivery of complex IT solutions, overseeing SIT/UAT testing, proactively managing issues/risks to ensure smooth project delivery, and working with governance to approve any required changes to scope/budget. Highlights included:● Managed a process standardization project that focused on aligning international warehouses to a single, standardized accounting process for freight. Worked with in-country teams (China, EU) to better understand current systems, processes, and pain-points. Developed and implemented a plan that aligned all countries on a standardized accounting freight process, reduced manual work by 24 hours per period, and reduced cost variance by 5%.● Assisted in system implementation project to support China warehouse expansion. Oversaw SIT and UAT. ● Spearheaded initiative to create automated project dashboard for PMs. Dashboards successfully displayed metrics on budget, schedule, and overall project health and was visible to team and LT.
