I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Delaware, expected to graduate in May 2028. So far, through my education I have been equipped with knowledge on the fundamentals of business and statistics.In addition to my background in education, I have three years of experience in customer service with Kilwins, a well-established ice cream and chocolate business. This role has been instrumental in developing my skills in communication, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and sales. Through daily interactions with customers, I have honed my ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, resolve issues efficiently, prioritize tasks, collaborate with team members, and apply sales techniques to enhance the customer experience.I am very eager to continue to learn and build new skills through my education and any opportunities that arise.
