I have the opportunity in this role to serve my team and my organization through partnering with new team members to get onboarded and acclimated to RSC. In addition, I partner with other members of our team to ensure that our systems stay clean, updated and consistent across the board.

I am responsible for recruiting the top talent in the country to join our team at Radio Systems Corporation, as we continuously search to improve and "Build the Most Trusted Pet Brands." In addition to my time spent meeting with the talented individuals who are interested in partnering with our organization, I have to opportunity to work in many other capacities in the Human Resources role. This position allows me to focus on my love-PEOPLE! I am able to work with our current associates daily to help them gain a great understanding of themselves through developing and facilitating self-assessment opportunities and classes such as MBTI, Leadership Team Transition meetings, and Conflict Management just to name a few! My expertise also falls in the area of developing and assuring that our compensation structure is and will always remain very market competitive. Our well rounded team of individuals in the HR department allow for each of us to gain new skills and learn new areas and I am constantly exposed to gaining new knowledge through our Learning Management system and through constant touch with our associates. Helping our associates work through barriers and issues whether it be personal or professional is what I thrive on and am excited to use these skills daily.

My assistant manager role at PetSafe Village was an incredible experience. On a daily basis I was responsible for consumer satisfaction, kennel operations, health and safety of our guests and associate communication and relations.

In this role I worked with children ages 5-18 with behavioral and emotional disabilities. My primary work included both individual sessions, involvement and advocating with the educational system, and meeting regularly with families to create and implement behavioral modificaiton plans and provide emotional, educational and behavorial strategies and support.
