Create and direct safe, creative, and fun workouts that are different each day for clients of varying athletic abilities, including a warm-up and cool-down. Provide instruction on proper foam rolling techniques and its benefits. Provide instruction on proper movement patterns for exercises and general coordination. Recommend modalities used for stability, strength, and injury prevention. Resolve client questions regarding nutrition plans and workout plans. Relay company announcements to members regarding special promotions, holiday hours, etc. Create workout routines with key training principles such as periodization of compound lifts. Execute and monitor proper form and movement patterns during weightlifting exercises.
