I handle customer inquiries, process orders, handle insurance, and maintain records, using my grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills to ensure clear and accurate communication.I have worked in healthcare for over six years, previously as a surgery scheduler lead at Arkansas Urology, where I coordinated and managed surgical procedures for patients and physicians. I enjoy learning about new and innovative products and procedures, and making a difference in someone's life, even if it is just one human. I take pride in creating and being part of an environment that makes everyone feel comfortable and cared for.
