ERMC is a Facility Management Corporation that provides Security, Janitorial, Maintenance, Landscaping and CCTV services to Malls and Shopping Centers nationwide. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, I managed his appointments, schedule, invoices, expenses and phone calls. I planned travel for corporate executives & staff and produced invoices for Accounts Receivable. Monthly I wrote and edited the company newsletter distributed to 200+ malls nationwide. I frequently coordinated with the Marketing team on Corporate donations. 6-10 times annually planned and executed company events including: annual Pig Roast for 1500+ guests, Political Functions & Fundraisers (Governor Nathan Deal, Senator Jeff Mullis, Senator Johnny Isakson), Company Christmas lunch, and monthly Staff Meetings

Big Shark Athletic is the largest privately owned cycling and athletic wear company in the St. Louis area. Big Shark regularly hosts events ranging from Pro-level races to sunrise yoga classes. I provided customer service, counseled store management on new stock purchases, updated inventory, and planned store sponsored triathlons and fitness classes.

Sports Camp is a two week, multi-session boarding camp that introduces students ages 9-14 to the McCallie School. It is considered a direct recruiting tool for the Academic Boarding Program with employees and counselors being trained accordingly. My job included Mass Mailings, Recruitment, Tours, Food and Travel Logistics, Email Correspondence, Access and occasionally Counseling to homesick young men.
