Interagency and International Policy Liaison

• Provide communication, scheduling, and logistical support in day-to-day operations across departments and the university, interacting with a variety of staff members as well as Washington Sea Grant’s state, tribal, and regional partners• Work with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Subcommittee to determine best practices for incorporating DEIJA in hiring and onboarding• Handle logistics for hiring and recruitment by assembling application packets and rubrics, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and keeping the selection committee on track to meet deadlines• Provide a variety of technical support for staff members
