My Duties include answering the phones and dealing with customer’s needs, maintaining good customer service with every phone call, Renewing and cancelling subscriptions for customers. When cancelling customer subscriptions I need to try and retain every customer, which I am proud to have the most retentions out of my team. My other duties include processing appropriate refunds and raising cheques, creating and sending letters, resending and deleting voucher activities and processing holiday returns. Within the office I have my own responsibility where I need to send urgent vouchers to customers, this includes making spread sheets, creating letters and individually sending vouchers to each customer. I have targets that need to be made each week these include sending surveys to customers after a phone call, making sure we have a certain amount of them are completed, making sure each phone call we have is logged on each customers subscription and I am answering enough calls during the day.

My duties include maintaining good customer service throughout my shift, clearing the fitting room, covering parts of the shop floor and the fitting room. Repleeming the shop floor to keep my department at its best, managing my own department and closing my department, hangers must be changed, clothes are in size order and standards are kept throughout

My duties include serving customers, preparing food, taking orders, collectingorders, counting money, preparing tills, cleaning sides and mopping the floor. I really enjoy working at McDonalds restaurant as it is a challenge for me to adapt to a different line of work. It is a hard industry to work for but a rewarding one as well.

My duties included customer service, merchandising shoes and layout with the organization of shoes in the stockroom, density checks, retail standards, fitting room monitoring, stock loss awareness and housekeeping and also deliveries. I have daily targets that I must achieve, I make that my main goal every shift. When Burton are short staffed I will willingly help them by going on the tills, keeping the shop floor tidy andmonitor the fitting rooms. When my manager is off I cover her shifts so the shoe department is always covered. I also ensure displays and windows are full with the newest product and best selling lines.

I have a real passion for retail and crave for hard work. When my manager is away I willingly cover her shifts and become responsible for the whole shoe department, I have to prepare jobs for other staff members as well as myself. I will also reorganise the rotas to ensure everyone is doing there contracted hours and that over time has beennotified for payroll. I have to prepare the stock in advance for a promotion or sale launch which takes time and dedication.

I am one of the stores top personal account openers which is extremely important for a Burtons store. I have really enjoyed working at burtons as I am a team player and also a goal achiever. I also get the opportunity to work on my own by managing the tills and interacting with the customers. I fill that I have got excellent customer service as I am always available to talk and help every customers that come into store.
