Growing up, I was raised by two parents who both owned small businesses. My mother owns and operates a roofing company and my father was a general contractor, home inspector and lead paint inspector for his whole career. From a young age, I was taught the basic fundamentals of hard work. I was expected to pull my weight in every aspect of our lives, from chores to budgeting to after school activities! After my husband's exit from military service, we decided to open a business together. We are very fortunate to have the experience to understand what running a small business is all about. After 6 successful years in the mitigation industry, we opened a separate construction company to better service our customers.
