I am in working in the exciting and ever changing transport industry. Learning about the wider world I have had many unique experiences that have been challenging yet exciting and rewarding.Through my previous work experience and life experiences, I have developed a range of skills and attributes that I believe will enable me to successfully contribute to a permanent job opportunity. More specifically;• Extensive experience (5+ years) in working in customer service and managerial roles, through my job at Splash’s Swimming School.• Excellent communication skills developed and refined through a variety of presentations at university and work.• Commitment to complete tasks within a set timeframe, to a good quality, as evidenced through my work at Splash’s Swimming School. In my role with Splash’s, I am required to complete a set amount of tasks each half an hour and every shift; such as processing payments, responding to phone calls and teaching of students. • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently (i.e. following up any complaints or teacher requests within a half an hour time frame, with positive results). Throughout my time at Splash’s Swimming School, I have become a person that values the ideas of others and recognise the importance of open communication. To this end, in my role as Office Manager, I actively encourage my staff to communicate with me regarding any questions they may have or ideas they have (which if they wish, I can pass onto higher management). Communication and approachability are two skills which I pride myself on and as such, I have continued to foster these skills throughout my work and time at University.
