I led interdisciplinary teams in a collaborative and lab-based approach to design, centered on interactive environments. Clients include Starbucks, Holland America Line, Carnegie Mellon University, First Tech Credit Union.

Development of interactive installations and new media strategy in collaboration with the Learning & Participation department for this Performing Arts Centre in London.

Projects included a city-wide conspiracy, urban development, and an interactive musical terrace environment. Clients included Museums nature Montréal, Ville de Montréal, Musée de la Civilisation de Québec.

A design and research consultancy – creating interactive environments that provoke and engage Like People Do. Projects ranged from interactive urban furniture, exhibitions and environmental interfaces. Clients included Kable public sector research, Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Council and the British Department of Trade Industries. Collaborators include Arup Foresight, Imperial College, and Central Saint Martins Innovation Centre.

Developed visitor experiences for cultural institutions. Led workshops to drive audience insights. Worked with client teams to develop communication programs. Designed robust experiences for high-throughput audience traffic, including audiences of over daily 10,000 visitors. Oversaw design and production.

Lead content manager and developer of interactive strategies for the Culloden Memorial Visitor Centre. Collaborating with architects, graphic designers, battle historians and archaeologists.
