-Managed a crew of 35 on numerous occasions while maintaining inventory control of nearly $400,000 of sensitive equipment -Supervised a crew of 15 acting as Position Safety Officers in diverse environments-Familiarized more than 60 civilians with the Marine Corps mission, including 32 VIP’s from Congress-Developed and maintained effective risk management strategies in high risk environments-Created a database and tracking system to monitor the training requirements of more than 300 personnel -Maintained a working database detailing day by day events of 4 different work sections

•Supervision of over $1.5 million of mission critical items•Established daily schedules for 16 people over a seven month span•Conceptualized annual training schedules to ensure 100% completion by timelines•Fostered the development of leadership skills over the course of 30 months in more than 30 subordinates
