As a Client Success Advisor, I was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with DonorDrive clients. In this role, I acted as an advisor, helping clients drive adoption, move along the maturity curve and derive value from our platform. Throughout my time, I've worked closely with Sales, Support, Product Management and Development to ensure our clients' success - and driving growth.

In my role, I was responsible for supporting and training clients on the DonorDrive platform, serving as the liaison between clients and the development and design teams.

As the Marketing Coordinator at Road ID, I acted as a Marketing Project Manager and was responsible for the following duties:• Support the implementation of marketing activity across a niche market while helping to increase Road ID’s brand and product relevancy for existing and new consumers.• Execute select strategic partnerships and event sponsorships at the direction of the Vice President of Marketing. Includes ongoing partner relationship management, fulfillment of contracts and proposals (product shipments, delivering creative assets), project recapping, and offering recommendations for future improvement.• Provide Athlete Sponsorship support and execution, with a specific focus on paid sponsored athletes, including contract execution, and ongoing relationship management (communication, marketing requests and calendars, product shipments, promo item shipments, etc.).• Provide Marketing support and execution through Social Media, with a specific focus on performance marketing.• Provide general team support by responding thoughtfully to external proposals, Public Relations requests, coordinating promotional item orders, placing product orders, and setting up team resources as needed to facilitate program execution.• Stay current and knowledgeable in current, as well as future, targets and any related consumers mindset, and consistently build relationships to keep Road ID authentic, connected, and credible.

• Responded to customer inquires regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical problem notifications. • Documented customer trouble reports in trouble reporting system and escalated according to established standard operating procedures. • Also reviewed requests, contacts customers to clarify request, ensuring all necessary information is included and may route requests to the appropriate department.

• Worked under Director of Memberships & Marketing to devise sales strategies and fundraising plans to solicit donations from members• Assist with communications projects including website updates, social media content, reports, newsletters, and letters of invitation• Managed Silent Auction and Raffle that raised over $20,000 for beneficiary of 2015 Sports Event Symposium • Coordinated with a team to develop and execute the Mobile App platform for 2014 Sports Event Symposium

• Tasked with promoting and sales of Reds Community Fund Split the Pot tickets to fans throughout the ball park• Reds Community Corner set up, cash handling & reconciliation, inventory and end of night closing and revenue recording• Responsible for set-up and tear down of all RCF Split the Pot related materials at the beginning and conclusion of each home game
