The mission of the UTC Police Department is to provide professional police services, reduce criminal opportunity and community anxiety while working with faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Our department is committed to treating all people fairly while supporting an environment where diverse social, cultural, and academic values are allowed to develop. I provide security at UTC athletic events, concerts, and other events on campus. I also monitor parking lots throughout the school day.

Through partnerships, UTC Housing and Residence Life seeks to unify students in an engaged learning community that provides opportunities for growth, diversity and responsible living. I have had many roles in the UTC Housing Department. I began as a documents manager where I converted all the students files into a digital format. I have also managed an inventory system that is used to replace old and damaged furniture. I have created videos for the Housing Department. I also help answer phones, file documents, and assist students.

The Office of Planning, Evaluation, and Institutional Research provides UTC's students and the Chattanooga community with opportunities for admissions, college credit, and licensure/certification testing. Through the UTC Testing Center, OPEIR administer both individual and group standardized examinations to enrolled students and residents of the region. The UTC Testing Center is an authorized site for tests administered by Educational Testing Service (ETS), the American College Testing Program (ACT), The Psychological Corporation and other testing agencies. At the UTC Testing Center, I monitor students as they take their ACT, SAT, and PRAXIS exams.
