I’ve spent the past fifteen (plus) years managing large teams, providing strategic solutions to agencies and clients alike, and exploring the world, having worked and traveled in over 85 countries. I’ve produced prime time television shows, TVCs starring A-list talent, cover photos for Vanity Fair, a rap music video for Soulja Boy, animated spots, still shoots for consumer brands and everything in between.I’ve juggled television productions with crews of 50+ people shooting simultaneously across 3 time zones in multiple countries. I’ve been a hand model more times than you can count on both hands. I’ve broken up fist fights on set (and on camera) and have been personally held as collateral for gear more times than I’d like.I’ve worked on both the production company and agency side. I’m a translator of valuable information, a conduit to action - a get shit done type of person - working to achieve the best possible outcome and experience for my clients.I pride myself in building and scaling teams, growing individuals, and delivering high standard, efficient results along the way. I’m passionate about mental health, have a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and am a certified yoga instructor. I utilize this tool-kit frequently as the Chief Operations Officer of Grizzly (www.grizzly.co). I believe you can have healthy work-life boundaries and still rise the ranks in an organization. I'm a mom to three toddlers and have learned more about being a leader in my short tenure of motherhood than I have in any workplace. Some brands that I’ve worked with include: Kind Snacks, Regal Cinemas, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Singapore Air, Marriott, Qualcomm, and Zscaler.I love what I do and who I do it with. Let the adventure begin!
