Kelsey is a Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP with the Core Business Operations Offering Portfolio, based out of the Houston office. She joined Deloitte after earning her MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, with a concentration in Strategy and Innovation. Kelsey has experience in enterprise strategy development, operational optimization, integration strategy, and data analytics and application. She has extensive C-suite and executive advisory experience, having guided client leaders in understanding evolving market and consumer landscapes and how best to position their near- and long-term strategies to drive maximum value. Outside of client work, Kelsey has been active in Deloitte's skills-based volunteering initiatives, supporting projects with national and local nonprofits. Her prior experience as a public-school educator has helped her develop strong analytics, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
