With a team of 8 members total we organised the 36th STAR Management Week, the biggest business and recruitment event of the Benelux in which over 1.150 students, 100 companies en 65 C-level managers took part and a record acquisition was obtained. As Commissioner of Academic Relations my responsibility was the Academic pillar of the event, such as the organising of several speaker events, and maintaining contact with over 65 C-level managers of the top in business in NL.

As IT/Data Manager I took care of the SMW website together with an external web developer, information processes and improvement. We redesigned the whole website, making it more efficient, clear and easy to use. Besides that we created new tools to make data and information collecting more efficient.

Supported the chairman of the SMW committee with her tasks regarding supporting the development and growth of the team as a whole, as well as her own progress and development as a chairman by having personal meetings every other week and feedback sessions.

Together with 4 other students we fully planned out a trip to Taipei, Taiwan for 35 business administration students. I helped manage my committee members to plan the logistics, the cultural sights and food and help them grow in their position of the team.

With a group of 5 students we planned a first year's weekend for business administration students. Due to Covid-19 we had to completely take on another approach of a longstanding plan that could not happen anymore because of new restrictions. We changed venue, itinerary and took a creative approach of changing the whole event into an opportunity for students to still meet regardsless of new restrictions.
