● Review and audit the recovery efforts of the AR Recovery team and provide feedback or training if necessary● Train new employees in company practices, from the ground up AR Recovery training, navigating various practice management systems, denials and appeals.

● Assigned highly complex surgical claims requiring in depth appeals and extensive research to maximize recovery efforts.

● Analyze and report trends for new and existing clients regarding denials and/or billing errors● Review and resolve denied claims including but not limited to correcting diagnosis codes, modifiers, demographic errors, CPT code changes, appeals and reconsiderations/redeterminations.
