Her focus on the details and talent for deciphering broad objectives help unlock time for clients to focus on the larger demands of their business. Kelsey formed Key Project Solutions TX LLC in 2020 when she recognized a need for more organization, oversight and owner's representation in the residential construction industry, after more than ten years as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager in private equity. She has since worked with homeowners, developers, builders and architects to manage their projects throughout design and construction, and implement operational standards and best practices that provide structure to scale.Kelsey has been recognized for her ability to put together highly successful teams, review and negotiate contracts, and lead projects. She is skilled in developing relationships, reviewing construction documents, obtaining building permits, managing subcontractors, and building out realistic project timelines and budgets. She is experienced in materials selection and FF&E procurement, logistics coordination, social media management, proposal writing and leading client presentation meetings. In addition, she is passionate about innovation, driving culture and developing the future workforce. Kelsey has helped implement and grow corporate social responsibility programs and coordinated events in excess of 500 attendees in partnership with companies, schools and non-profits across the globe, and presented at conferences on how to implement such CSR initiatives.
