As the Senior Customer Onboarding Manager at SmartVault Corporation, I lead customers through the onboarding journey which includes, implementation, staff trainings, webinars, and data migrations. I oversee the creation and implementation of customized onboarding plans, monitor the progress and satisfaction of each customer, and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the process.I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Tarleton State University, where I developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition. I also have experience in project management, customer success management, and leadership. I am passionate about creating positive and lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and I strive to continuously improve my knowledge and skills in the field of customer onboarding.
