My main duties were to answer and assist phone calls and walk-ins, assist end users as best I can, deploy new hardware/software as needed, assist with management of active directory and other systems as well as setup conference/training rooms with desired equipment. This job was very wide ranging in terms of duties, one day I would be replacing a fleet of hard drives and the next I was redesigning the ticketing system.

My duties were to try to find and/or replicate bugs and glitches in the games tested and report my findings

Perform an intelligence briefing involving objectives, targets, weather and duties before every mission. Assist in the pre/post flight checking of the aircraft. Search, locate, and track submarines with the acoustical suite. Operate the A.I.M.S. camera. Assist with the writing of the schedule for 400+ personnel.
