Kelsey Fulton is a Logistics Coordinator at Canopy Growth Corporation where she is responsible for planning domestic movements of finished cannabis goods and, as the Logistics Quality Group Lead, is accountable for building quality assurance projects that enhance logistics capabilities. Kelsey is deeply passionate about improving processes for consumer and corporate efficiencies as well as developing herself and her team to be cultural leaders.Kelsey has been involved in the Freight Transportation industry for almost 10 years. In that time, she advocated for shippers on regulatory issues and helped educate supply chain professionals on emerging trends with the Freight Management Association of Canada. She also helped plan the largest cannabis plant transfer from an indoor grow site to an outdoor grow site, initiated many cost-saving initiatives for Outbound cannabis shipments, and organized a Temperature Monitoring Audit Program for quality compliance with Canopy Growth Corporation. Kelsey is a yoga enthusiast and plans to take the 200 hr yoga certification to grow her knowledge on yoga poses and meditation. She plans to become a yoga instructor once she successfully reaches all her goals within her professional career in Logistics.
