Notifies dedicated technician for emergency equipment needs after contract hours.Provides information and direction to visitors and the public, answering inquiries in accordance with administrative policies, regarding divulging of confidential information.Immediately communicates 23 Codes, alerts and drills related to life threatening situations, fire or severe weather and document accordingly.Immediately actives and communicates with on call teams for surgical and procedural areas after hours with the basic knowledge of scheduling for the GI Lab, Cath Lab, Surgery, Anesthesia, PACU, CRNA’s, and Echo Lab.Responsible for handling Notification of Deaths and disposition of bodies, including frequent communication with funeral homes and Tennessee Donor Services regarding holds and the release of the body.
