I work with undergraduate students on all aspects of the speech making process. I aid them in selecting topics for presentations, organizing their speeches and offer advice on how to improve the delivery of their speech. As a consultant you must be able to effectively communicate with the client, creatively problem solve throughout the consultation in order to be able to aid them through the speech making process and organize your sessions so that the client and I can reach the goals we set during the appointment.

While working at Fox Hills Golf and Banquet Center I had the opportunity to work various jobs. I would preform some manual labor by assisting in setting up the Banquet Centers for weddings or award ceremonies. I also worked as a server, interacting with customers on a daily basis provided me the chance to continually improve upon my customer service skills by making sure the customer is always satisfied. This job also required teamwork between the waitstaff and the kitchen as well as communication and money management skills.
