I am responsible for collaborating with all departments across the org to simplify complex processes to help internal users find what they need. As well as serving as the administrator for the organization's Knowledge Base, overseeing document management and storage. Additionally, expanding knowledge and proficiency in SharePoint through hands-on learning.

I am responsible for seeking out and playing indie developed games and writing a detailed review covering graphics, sound, gameplay, and story. As Manager of AI Conversation I lead an international team to conduct an in-depth analysis of AI performance increasing overall accuracy and automation by 5%. I collaborate with Data Science teams to optimize product functionalities through in-depth language analysis. Additionally, I written 10 new product innovations to enhance existing tools and over 100.

I engineered AI taxonomy for intent classification to enhance machine learning and natural language understanding. I worked on a team who examined large data sets of different AI labels and validated their accuracy to improve AI models. I wrote outcome letters to document our findings and presented them to development teams to apply or adjust the necessary thresholds to ensure customer satisfaction.

I composed AI dialogue scripts for different conversational needs to create an organic experience with a virtual intelligence. Furthermore, assisted the team through peer review to guarantee conversations flowed naturally.

My core responsibility as a Narrative Designer was to creatively incorporate faction designs into gameplay for player choice.
