As Director of Operations at Classic, I have been able to make a true contribution in the world of Real Estate Investing & Renovations Acquisition and Sales. At Classic Turnkey Properties I am a proud Director of Operations & Business Development. Planning, directing and supervising all aspects of day-to-day company functions. I collaborate with two phenomenal owners to formulate & execute policies, procedures that directly effect our growth in a positive way. Major job functions in this position required me to asses trends on a variety of topics that impact the brand through research and national marketplace visits. I was able to identify market trends through analysis of quantitative and qualitative information- reading & communicating data results & conclusions to various audiences and team members. I was able to provide feed back from customers and associates regarding strategic tests and brand initiatives. The bulk of this work was completed remotely, extensive traveling over national market - approx. 4 days per week or more.I took pride in coordinating & preparing special events, focus groups, in home tests & field tests across various national markets. Major events I found most gratifying in this experience were National Trend Event, Holiday Hindsight, and TED X. I was able to effectively take on the task of managing team members and trainees while conducting research on large-scale field tests in marketing & branding as well as events. I utilized direct customer contact/feedback, local & national, to drive results.Finally, patterning of local & national trends for nonprofit brand purposes and involvement in corporate non-profit giving activities & events, including large scale fundraising for events events like Pelotonia- allowed me to work in this corporate setting while truly feeding my soul and making an impact on others.
