Business Operations Analyst
Current- Partner with colleagues across IT, Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Finance and other functions to leverage technology and business processes to drive improvements in operational efficiency, profitability and customer experience- Act as the Bullhorn and BI subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users, providing the primary line of support and escalating issues as needed- Monitor Bullhorn support tickets and channels to ensure issues are captured and helped in a timely manner- Work as the liaison between business functions, technology and operations to prioritize new feature requests- Provide quality assurance testing related to system changes (Bullhorn, Portal, Financial, etc.) and upgrades and support rollouts to stakeholders- Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of our internal departments and their processes - identify areas of opportunity- Proactively work with the business and IT team to leverage new technology to scale individual functions and the business as a whole- Work with BI team to develop and support new and enhanced BI reports- Prepare and monitor audit reports related to business process and data quality- Support training program to enhance user adoption, on-boarding of new users, and ongoing awareness of new features and functionality- Support creation of user documentation- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application, process and operational solutions
