-Direct assistant to the Director and Associate Director. -Book, arrange, and handle documentation and reimbursements for travel.-Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. -Produce weekly communication for staff including upcoming deadlines, opportunities and other needed information.-Act as liaison for director and associate director as needed/requested. -Active participant on the Equity and Diversity Task-force.-Complete program wide inventory of 800+ items. -Manage the Outlook calendars for five conference rooms, one event center, and six guest rooms.-Schedule 25+ classes every semester for 50+ students and work with faculty, staff, and students to make sure appropriate space is available.-Complete and track all new employee onboarding paperwork.-Handle non-director level center communications. -Create and schedule engaging and timely social media posts for WSU Puyallup and WSU Mount Vernon Twitter and Facebook pages. Reorganize posts based on center priorities. -Plan, promote and execute numerous collegiality and professional events throughout year including holiday parties, company picnics, stakeholder lunches, poster sessions, advisory meetings, etc. -Manage all guest house and event center rentals including tours, payment, rental agreements/lease, and follow-up. -Provide technical support for video-conferencing equipment. -Answer or direct all citizen inquires.
