I serve as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit at Duke University School of Medicine. I work in collaboration with other professionals pursuing a common goal of improving the lives of babies.

Scholar of the 15 White Coats - Funding the Future Physicians scholarship program

Collaborated with the Entomology Society of America (ESA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the Department of Vector-Borne Diseases (VBD) to research the dengue virus and the prominent vector, Aedes aegypti.

Served Chatham County as an EMT-B.

Worked on the ONCE BITTEN clinical research project with the Duke Malaria Collaboratory in the Medical Department of Infectious Diseases at Duke Hospital.

I participated in the Duke Student Training in Academic Research (STAR) program. I conducted observational research and co-authored a manuscript that studied Late-Onset Sepsis Evaluation and Empiric Therapy in Extremely Low Gestational Age Newborns.

Worked on a behavioral assay studying Drosophila Melanogaster and Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD).
