Post-acquisition, a strategic decision was made to deprecate Wave Advances in order to refocus resourcing on existing synergistic products like Wave Accounting and future ones like Wave Money.My key responsibilities mirrored those outlined for Wave Money (refer above).

In service of a Canadian bank org restructure, and to ensure resourcing met the requirements of the new strategy, I developed processes, workflows and playbooks to support national workforce planning, top talent attraction, improved role clarity and increased employee engagement.

To facilitate a seamless CRM transition for account managers, I directed data migration for 1,600+ users from legacy systems to Salesforce.com. My responsibilities included defining business requirements, managing feature prioritization, conducting QA testing and acting as the primary business liaison with the software development team.

To facilitate cost-effective compliance with Basel III requirements, I conducted analytics to measure risk-adjusted portfolio profitability to enable cost transfer from central treasury to business line P&Ls.
