Innovation Analyst
I helped launch a new innovation office where I use human-centered design and continuous improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness and community impact. I facilitate and lead cross-functional teams, such as the City’s Information Governance Partnerships and Policy team, and conduct community research to inform policy development.
