My responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services.

I oversee all maintenance contracts, getting customers scheduled for their seasonal maintenance. I contact customers via text, email and by phone to discuss options and scheduling.

I created work orders and ordered parts from various HVAC brands' supply houses. Overseeing and coordinating multiple parts runners' schedules, routing them to complete pick up of parts from vendors' locations in a timely and effective manner. Scheduling HVAC part installations with customers along with communicating with customers about the status of parts needed for installation. I worked through the logistics of getting the parts delivered to the appropriate technicians. I also delegated tasks as required to ensure that all daily tasks were completed in a timely manner.

I answered customer phone calls, texts, and chats. I contacted customers to schedule them for their HVAC part repairs, gave customers updates on the part's process (giving them ETA's and details about installation), and discussed with coworkers to complete tasks.

I took parts and other supplies out to technicians on job sites. Stayed in contact with the office to coordinate picking up equipment from various vendors and supply houses. As a department, we labeled everything to maintain parts organization.

Met and took care of many different clients and pets. Always kept my clients informed summarized the visits and made them and their pets feel comfortable. Reliable, flexible, and always on top of the schedule. Using time wisely and staying up to date on weather and traffic to make sure to get to clients' home at appropriate times.

I executed procedures to manage and maintain inventory effectively. For example, ensure a company's shipment is accurate by conducting inventory counting. In addition, I changed prices and displays on a regular weekly and daily schedule.

Working as a team and individually to complete tasks in a specific daily timeline. Picking orders within the warehouse using tools (scanner gun, cart, a power jack, etc.) to complete orders in a timely manager, helping other departments when needed. I did multiple tasks and filled in for specific roles when required.
