With over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, I am a passionate and strategic leader who supports the recruitment and hiring of the best talent for Sherwin-Williams, the largest paints and coatings company in the world. As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for North America, I manage our recruitment strategy and execution for Early Talent, Hourly, and Experienced hiring across thousands of sites in the United States and Canada. I also support our recruitment technology globally. I leverage my skills in talent analytics, team management, and recruiting to design and implement innovative and data-driven talent strategies that align with the company's vision, values, and goals. I also partner with senior leaders, HR business partners, and hiring managers to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience and a strong employer brand. Previously, I held various roles within Sherwin-Williams, where I developed and executed successful talent acquisition programs for different segments of the business, such as retail, operations, and supply chain.
